Revenue NSW

Revenue NSW, previously known as the Office of State Revenue and State Debt Recovery Office, is the principal revenue management agency in NSW. It is responsible for collecting revenues, administering grants and recovering debts on behalf of the people of NSW. It assists with finding information and supporting people buying or selling property, paying taxes, applying for first home buyers grant or finding and claiming unclaimed money.

Through triSearch you can access the following searches:

  • EDR Stamping
    Refer to the EDR Stamping Page to find out more information.
  • Land Tax Clearance Certificates
    Known as Section 47’s, these certificates detail the amount of land tax owing on land owned in NSW in the current calendar year. 
  • Land Valuation certificates
    Land Valuation certificates will detail:
    • Applicants
    • Land description
    • Land address
    • Current tax year
    • Taxable land value
    • Value type
  • Revenue NSW Certificate reprints/reissue
    This allows you to get another copy of a Clearance or valuation certificate, if it’s been ordered previously.
  • Cancel duties assessments.
    A cancel duties assessment allows you to cancel your EDR transaction. This may be needed due to; miss keying of information, duplication of a transaction, or if a settlement don’t go through.
