• Streamline Report
  A Streamline Report provides the last two years of BC records.

• Comprehensive Report
  A Comprehensive Report Provides you with the last 5 + Years of reporting and information from BC.

• Basic Disclosure Statement (DISC206)
  A Basic Disclosure statement provides current levies owed, the applicable BC scheme, and other relevant details. All information required under section 206.

• Full Disclosure Statement (DISC206/223)
  A Full Disclosure Statement provides the same as the basic disclosure, along with all information required under section 223.

• Management Rights Agreement
  A Management right agreement details all aspects of the BC. It details all relevant areas of legislation, summary of matter of interest, any major expenditure items and upcoming or ongoing matters that may influence the purchaser’s decision.

• Certificate of Currency
  A Certificate of Currency confirms that insurance has been obtained, and what that insurance is. This is issued by an insurance company.

• Information Certificate
  An information certificate is a document provided by the BC manager that states levies paid by the lot owner.
