The Productivity Pack is a bundled set of features in triConvey designed to enhance the efficiency and performance of conveyancers. At its core is Archie, the AI-powered language bot, which allows conveyancers to ask detailed, matter-specific questions and receive real-time, data-driven responses. The pack also includes Intake forms for Leads and Matters. These forms are custom-built to capture details from new or existing clients, syncing all the data directly into your Matters.
The Productivity Pack is available to all triConvey users and will be continuously updated with the latest features & innovations.

Archie is your AI assistant that allows you to ask detailed questions within your matters and receive detailed answers, fueled by real-time data ingestion directly from your matters.
Intake Forms
The Intake forms are designed to create ease and simplicity for new client data and matter population.
Using either the LeadPro or MatterFlow functions, users can send digital intake forms to collect client data and have it automatically populate within your triConvey matter.
The Productivity Pack is Designed for Your Entire Firm
The Productivity Pack, which includes Archie and Intake Forms, is designed for your entire firm, ensuring everyone in the team benefits from its powerful features. The per matter fee applies to every matter opened across your firm. Please see our pricing page for fees.
If one person chooses to opt-out, it will apply to the whole firm.

The Productivity Pack is aimed at conveyancers in Australia, particularly those on the East Coast (NSW, QLD, VIC). It’s designed to help you manage your matters more efficiently.
Starting from September 2nd, every triConvey user will automatically be enabled with the Productivity Pack for a 30-day free trial. During this time, you can explore all the features at no cost. If you decide the Productivity Pack isn’t for you, you can opt out at any time during the trial or afterward. The free trial ends on September 30th.
After the 30-day free trial, the Productivity Pack will cost $10 per matter. The fee is charged when a matter is opened, regardless of whether you use the Productivity Pack features for that specific matter. You have the option to disburse this cost to your client.
The Productivity Pack, which includes the new Archie AI and Intake Forms, is designed to be firm-wide. This means that the $10 per matter fee would apply to every matter opened by anyone in your firm. If someone in the firm opts-out, then the entire firm will be opted out. We advise ensuring approval has been sought before opting out.
After listening to our customers’ valuable feedback, we identified that a per-matter fee allows conveyancers to disburse the cost to their client, if they choose.

When working with Archie, it’s helpful to remember that Archie pulls from all the data and documents within a specific triConvey matter. By asking clear and specific questions, you ensure that Archie can provide you with the most accurate and relevant information. For example, if you were to ask:
“Is there a strata report on the matter that mentions whether an animal can be kept in an apartment?”
Archie will confirm whether an animal can be kept on the property and provide the relevant by-law.
Or, if you ask:
“Are there any outstanding council rates on the land?”
Archie will be able to confirm any outstanding rates and let you know the exact amounts owed.
This way, Archie becomes even more helpful in getting you the information you need.
