About the program

The triSearch Partner program rewards users with enhanced features, functions and services. The program involves milestones that can be achieved by placing orders through the triSearch platform. Every order gets you closer to the next milestone and additional benefits. 

The program has 3 tiers; Essentials, Growth and Premium.

The triSearch Partner Program is defined by the number of orders a user places through the platform. An order is any paid Search or Service through the triSearch platform and is applicable for both triConvey and triSearch users. The program is per-firm. So all users within your firm will contribute to the order numbers and to achieving the next milestone.

    A maximum of 8 hours response time on support tickets submitted.

    Access to support staff via ‘Raise a ticket’ and email

  • Phone Support

    Access to support staff over the phone

  • Business hour Support (9am to 5pm AEST)

  • Standard Onboarding (3 sessions)

    When you sign up to triConvey, to get you and your staff up and running.

  • Account Manager

    A personal Account Manager to handle all queries.

  • Ongoing Training (12 sessions)

    12 training sessions for any staff member, to be used throughout the year.

  • Prioritised Ticket Response Time

    A maximum of 1 hour response time on support tickets submitted.

  • Premium Account Manager

    A dedicated, technical Account Manager available 24/7 to handle all queries.

  • Tailored Onboarding

    A customised and unlimited onboarding program to suit your firm and staff.

  • Advanced Training

    Unlimited training sessions available to all staff.

How the program works

All new Clients

The Partner Program starts from the day you sign up and is evaluated annually from that date.

On sign-up, you will be placed into the Growth tier for 3 months and receive all the Growth benefits. After your onboarding, your orders will be annualized and you will be placed in the appropriate tier.

Visible at all times

On the triSearch home page will be a progress bar giving you complete transparency of how many orders you have placed and how many until the next milestone.

If you’re at-risk of falling behind, there is a system of notifications to ensure you can easily get back on track.

Maintaining your status

To maintain your status every year, simply place the minimum order number for that tier.

If you’re falling behind or are at-risk of not-maintaining your status for the following year, you will be alerted and notified on how you can get back on track.

Growing
your status

If you reach the next milestone at any point throughout the year, you are automatically upgraded and have access to all the benefits of that tier.
