Helvi Rossi has been appointed to National Operations Manager at triSearch in a move by CEO Taylah Allen to further bolster the executive team as the Conveyancing Tech company readies itself for unprecedented growth.
triSearch successfully launched its $0 conveyancing practice management software, triConvey, last month. Early indications of success from the rollout has Allen preparing the company for continued rapid growth into 2022 and its future.
With both search and software under one roof, triConvey is also headed up by a single support team which Rossi will work closely with, alongside the wider company to achieve overall goals.
Allen jumped at the opportunity to add Rossi to the team, stating: “Helvi and I have a long-standing relationship from our previous years working together.
I know her expertise in this industry is hard to come by so, when the opportunity presented itself to have her on board and at such a crucial time for us, I couldn’t pass it by.
“It’s only been a short time since she joined but she has already had such an impressive impact on the business and to our workplace culture.”
Similarly, the opportunity presented itself at the correct time in Rossi’s career, as she stated: “I am coming towards the end of my career, probably in the next four or five years, and it will be a joy to be able to see this business grow and be the perfect fit to our customers.
“I am really looking forward to working with my amazing operational colleagues to provide a single-point-of-contact service whether the clients have questions on searching or practice management software.”
Rossi Eyes Continued Improvement
Rossi comes to triSearch with a wealth of experience in the legal and conveyancing tech industry. She has spent more than 10-years at SAI Global in Quality Assurance and recently seven years with InfoTrack Group in Information Services and Practice Management Software.
The accumulation of this experience has allowed her to fit directly into her role, managing operations for triSearch’s powerful practice management software, triConvey and the wider business.
“I think the timing is perfect for triSearch,” she explained when asked about her expectations for the company’s growth.
“We have a strong, great value offering to the Australian Conveyancing market. We are really focused on this sector. We have a customised product that will strengthen any conveyancing firm in the industry and will put them ahead of the game in comparison to their competitors.”
In the long-term, Rossi is hoping to instill her vision for “ongoing improvement, seamless integration, and full operational support for all for our clients.”
However, for now as she settles into her new journey she is focused on building all aspects of the triSearch family.
“Well, life is all about people, it is about our family, our colleagues and our clients,” she explained.
“We are very fortunate to work in an environment where we are providing an improvement and making things better, easier, more streamlined to those we come in contact with.”
