“We’d like to start by wishing all our employees, clients, readers, and everyone in between a happy holidays as we round the corner to a new year.
We have certainly had a rollercoaster of a year. We’ve had highest highs and interest rate rising blows to the industry, but overall, it’s been a year of great collaboration and progress for the Conveyancing industry.
After the property boom in 2021, this year inevitably saw a cooling off in the market, solidified on the back of monthly interest rate rises from mid-2022 onwards, and a shift in purchaser trends.
Despite these changes, a number of fiscal policies from State and Federal Governments, and the continued interest from Australians to invest domestically, the overall Australian property market continued to remain active in the latter stages of 2022.
Entering 2023, the conveyancing industry looks to be in great shape with the initial shock of interest rate rises relatively gone and purchasers showing interest in the market once more.
As for triSearch, 2022 was a big year. After launching our own cloud-based Conveyancing Software, triConvey, in 2021, we turned our attention to evolving and innovating the solution for our growing clients.
This commitment has paid off, as we are now proud to call triConvey an award winning solution, taking duel awards for: Most Client-Focused Conveyancing Software Developer – NSW, Australia at the Small Business Awards, and ABA100® Winner for SaaS Innovation [SSI] in The Australian Business Awards 2022.
Our team continued to grow throughout the year which allowed us to continue building relationships with our clients and helping them get the most of streamlining their remote working and transitions back into the office.
We also partnered closely with key membership organisations Australian Institute of Conveyancers Victoria branch, Australian Institute of Conveyancers New South Wales branch, and Queensland Law Society. With plans to continue strengthening these partnerships in 2023.
As for the year ahead, triSearch will celebrate its 5th anniversary in March, which we are very much looking forward to. It will be a milestone celebration for our continued growth, as we continue striving towards becoming the leading conveyancing technology solution in Australia.
