Fees schedule

1. Rebate Offer Variables:

  1. Minimum spend: $1,000 (ex GST) / $1,100 (inc GST) per quarter
  2. triConvey Licence Fees: $500 (ex GST) / $550 (inc GST) per quarter
  3. Quarterly Rebate: $500 (ex GST) / $550 (inc GST) per quarter

1.2. If You continuously do not meet the triConvey Rebate Requirements over the course of Your subscription, then the total maximum subscriptions Fee payable for Your 12 month triConvey subscription will be $2,000 (ex GST) (which is $2,200 incl GST).

2. Rebate Offer Terms:

2.1 In exchange for your loyalty and:
  1. using triSearch as Your exclusive search provider during the invoicing quarter; and
  2. meeting the Minimum Spend requirement on searches through the triSearch Platform over the invoicing quarter,

(Rebate Requirements), we will apply a 100% rebate of your quarterly TriConvey invoice as set out below.

2.2 How the Rebate Offer is applied: We will invoice the Licence Fees for Your access to the TriConvey Software quarterly in arrears in the amount specified in an Order Form. Where You meet the Rebate Requirements, we will apply a Quarterly Rebate in an amount equal to the Licence Fees on the same invoice (covering the cost of the triConvey Software) (the Rebate Offer).

2.3 triConvey Invoice: Where you:
  1. do not meet the Rebate Requirements for the relevant quarterly invoicing period; or
  2. if you breach the triConvey Terms & Conditions or the triSearch Terms & Conditions,

then the Rebate Offer will not be applied and the quarterly TriConvey Licence Fees will be due and payable within 30 days of the date of issue of the relevant Tax Invoice.

3. Invoices for Searches

3.1 The Fees for each triSearch Products ordered via the triSearch Platform are quoted within the ‘Price List’ tab‘ under your user profile in the triSearch Platform and will also be quoted at the ‘check-out’ before ordering.

3.2 The Fees for each triSearch Product ordered and delivered via the triSearch Platform will be invoiced monthly and payable within 30 days of the date of issue of the relevant Tax Invoice.

4. triConvey Add-on fees

4.1 The TriConvey Productivity Pack add-on (Productivity Pack) is available to all TriConvey Clients as a bundled set of features in TriConvey designed to enhance the efficiency and performance of conveyancers.

4.2 The Productivity Pack includes the following:

  1. Archie AI: Archie AI is the AI-powered language bot, which allows conveyancers to ask detailed, matter-specific questions and receive real-time, data-driven responses.
  2. Intake Forms: These forms are custom-built to capture details from new or existing clients, syncing all the data directly into


Your Matters:

  1. (i) MatterFlow is a practice-area specific matter intake solution designed to streamline the process of handling new matters while eliminating unnecessary administrative tasks.
    (ii) LeadPro is a client intake solution designed to enhance Your firm’s professional image while minimising administrative tasks associated with lead management.


4.3 Additional Fee: Unless You have opted-out, the Productivity Pack is subject to additional fees as below, regardless of whether or not You use the Productivity Pack features. This Fee is additional to your 12 month TriConvey subscription Fee and will be added to your monthly TriSearch invoice: $10 (ex GST) per matter opened.

4.4 The TriConvey Additional Matter Types add-on (Additional Matter Types) is available to all TriConvey Clients and provides access to supplementary matter types in other non-property related areas of law and their associated features including workflows and precedents.

4.5 Additional Fee: The Additional Matter Types add-on is subject to additional fees as below. This Fee is additional to your 12 month TriConvey subscription Fee and will be added to your monthly TriSearch invoice: $99 (ex GST) per matter opened.
