What is the Productivity Pack?

The Productivity Pack is a bundled set of features in triConvey designed to enhance the efficiency and performance of conveyancers. It includes Archie, an AI-powered language bot that allows you to ask detailed, matter-specific questions and receive real-time, data-driven responses. Additionally, the Pack offers custom-built Intake Forms for Leads and Matters, which automatically sync all the data into your matters, streamlining your workflow. 

Who is Archie?

Archie is an inclusion of the Productivity Pack, and it’s powered by AI. Archie is our AI-powered assistant that provides real-time matter insights, answers questions and drafts letters & documents. It integrates with triConvey and all your matters.

Who is the Productivity Pack for?

The Productivity Pack is aimed at conveyancers in Australia, particularly those on the East Coast (NSW, QLD, VIC). It’s designed to help you manage your matters more efficiently.

How can I try out the Productivity Pack?

If you are a new triConvey user you can request your Account Manager a 30-day trial of the Productivity Pack for free. During this time, you can explore all the features at no cost. If you decide the Productivity Pack isn’t for you, you can opt out at any time during the trial.

How much does the Productivity Pack cost?

The Productivity Pack costs $10 per matter. The fee is charged when a matter is opened, regardless of whether you use the Productivity Pack features for that specific matter. You have the option to disburse this cost to your client.

Is the productivity pack enabled on the firm or user level?

The Productivity Pack, which includes the new Archie AI and Intake Forms, is designed to be firm-wide. This means that the $10 per active  matter fee would apply to every matter opened by anyone in your firm. If someone in the firm opts-out, then the entire firm will be opted out. We advise ensuring approval has been sought before opting out. 

Why did the Productivity Pack price change?

After listening to our customers’ valuable feedback, we identified that a per-matter fee allows conveyancers to disburse the cost to their client, if they choose.

How do I know it’s safe with my data?

At triSearch, we’re passionate about responsible and safe AI. Rest easy, knowing that your firm’s and your client’s data are safe and secure. All triSearch AI features, including Archie and Intake Forms, operate in a secure ring-fenced environment. Your data is never shared outside of triSearch or used to train AI models. It is built on the Amazon Web (AWS) platform, which is one of the largest and most successful cloud platform providers in the world. AWS makes services security its top priority. 

What type of responses will Archie provide to questions?

When working with Archie, it’s helpful to remember that Archie pulls from all the data and documents within a specific triConvey matter. By asking clear and specific questions, you ensure that Archie can provide you with the most accurate and relevant information. For example, if you were to ask: 

“Is there a strata report on the matter that mentions whether an animal can be kept in an apartment?” 

Archie will confirm whether an animal can be kept on the property and provide the relevant by-law. 

Or, if you ask: 

“Are there any outstanding council rates on the land?” 

Archie will be able to confirm any outstanding rates and let you know the exact amounts owed. 

This way, Archie becomes even more helpful in getting you the information you need.
