triSearch chief executive Chris Gibbs has called on the industry to nominate candidates for International Women’s Day special recognition.
With the IWD event on the horizon, the CEO is urging conveyancers and readers of Australian Conveyancer to help shine a light on the inspirational female practitioners who drive the sector.
“We know the Australian Conveyancing Industry is powered by women,” he said.
“Female conveyancers outnumber their male counterparts by at least five to one.
“Since taking up the CEO role at triSearch, I’ve had the privilege of speaking to thousands of women who are the backbone of the industry.
“I’m also lucky enough to have the additional bonus of a team at triSearch that is driven by so many talented women.
“For me it’s been an incredible opportunity to learn and be inspired. Listening to their stories of success and resilience in the all-too-often hard-pressed world of Conveyancing is uplifting.
“That’s why it was such a pleasure to celebrate International Women’s Day last year.
“And that’s why we will again be celebrating the extraordinary women in the Australian Conveyancing Industry on International Women’s Day 2025.
“We want to make sure eight incredible women from right across Australia – from all the states and territories – will experience what will be another unforgettable two-day event in Sydney next month.”
What’s in store from the event?
Those who are chosen will get to share their story on camera in a professional studio, with stylists on hand.
They will also be given expert-led sessions on Branding, Nutrition, and Styling.
And their stories will be featured in The Australian Conveyancer, showcasing their achievements for others.
The team at the Australian Conveyancer are giving you the opportunity to nominate who you believe is someone that has made a real impact in our industry. Please note your nominee doesn’t have to be a conveyancer – just someone connected to the industry.
