About Vivienne Pauling

Viv has nearly 15 years of experience in conveyancing, witnessing its transformation from paper-based processes to AI-powered e-Conveyancing. Starting as a Settlement Agent in 2011, she obtained her Conveyancing license in 2014 and later transitioned to roles at PEXA and Sympli, where she played a key role in training and platform development.

She also partnered with AIC and the Office of the Registrar General to train over 700 NSW law firms in eConveyancing. Currently, Viv shares her expertise at triSearch, supporting conveyancers using the triConvey platform.
