Modernisation of electronic contract functionality

Modernisation of electronic contract tools

Digital conveyancing capabilities has seen significant innovation and transformation, with the latest updates coming to the electronic contract.

In its latest move to offer a smoother, visually organised and efficient contract experience, triSearch released the latest innovation in integrated electronic contract solutions, adding eCOS+ to its award-winning practice management software, triConvey.

Compared to its predecessor product, eCOS, the new digital solution comes with a host of upgrades and built-in functionality to elevate the preparation of contract of sale. These include:

  • Quick order prescribed documents: Order prescribed documents with a bulk select feature leading directly into the contract tool. Additional order shortcut functionality is also available for necessary searches later, and will automatically update in the contract once fulfilled.
  • Updated formatting: eCOS+ is now formatted into a Word Document precedent form, allowing for live editing and customisation with no character limit.
  • Easy document upload: Add any additional documents from your local drive or direct from your triConvey software, including Cover Letters and special conditions. With the ability to customise the order of each document.
  • Secure sharing – When your contract is ready to send, compile directly in the eCOS+ tool, with the option to send the document directly with Securexchange. To help with the receiver, Securexchange has also removed the need to create an account to view the document, making for seamless document transfers.

An additional benefit for eCOS+ includes its ability for further innovation. triSearch prides itself on continued improvements to its product offering and is committed to increasing eCOS+ features in the future.
