A Contaminated Land (CL) search provides information on contaminated or potentially CL in QLD. This search is commonly ordered for a property purchase or the development on a parcel of land. The Environmental Management Register and Contaminated Land Registers are the public registers that list all the CL in Queensland.

This search order through triSearch will include:

• if the land you have searched is or is not listed on the register
• If applicable, the contaminants are on the land
• If applicable, the notifiable activities that have been, or are being conducted on the land
• If there is a site management plan for the land. If there is, a copy of the plan will also be provided.
