The ‘Meet the Support Team’ series continues with the induction of a new team member, Joshua Cunningham.
Each Support Specialist plays an integral role to the success of the business and are key assets for all triSearch and triConvey clients as the team are trained in troubleshooting both Software and Search enquiries.
Meet Joshua Cunningham
Joshua joins the triSearch team with a wealth of experience in the customer service industry having fulfilled a managerial role at a fast-food restaurant for more than four years.
It was here where he developed the skills to build customer relationships that has become a key asset to the triSearch Support Team.
In his journey to find stability in the corporate environment Joshua joined the triSearch team and became encapsulated with its culture.
Since then, it has become the place where he wants to establish a long career in the tech industry.
“triSearch won me over due to how professionally inspiring the people and environment are. I noticed it massively from my first interview and I still notice it daily,” he said.
“Since joining it has been nothing short of amazing with clear goals and seamless training. The team is just so passionate about all things triSearch, and its inspiring.
“I want to improve my support and technical capabilities every day by a little, and ultimately a long-lasting career in Information Systems.”
As for the triSearch Support Team, Joshua believes it’s the personal touch each team member has when talking to clients, that sets itself apart from other industry support teams.
He said: “The tailored approach to our support for clients, to really ensure we are always meeting their needs. It’s far from the cookie cutter style support you see all too often.
“With an emphasis on knowledge, patience, and kindness, we will always get to the bottom of it.”
Outside of work, Joshua is a tech wiz and pursues his passion at a tertiary education and hobby level.
“I study and work on computers due to being fixated on them my whole life, along with spending the weekends out getting stuck in the four-wheel drive.”
When asked about what triConvey feature he’d recommend the most, Joshua said: “The precedent feature from triConvey singlehandedly saves countless hours of our client’s valuable time.”
